Tasting notes

An intense fruity flavour with aromas of tomato, freshly-mown grass, apple and banana. On tasting it also has notes of walnuts, artichokes and fruit.

Extra-virgin olive oil, cold pressed directly from a special selection of ripe olives from the native variety of Serrana Espadán, harvested in the natural parks of the mountains of Espadán and Calderona.
Decanted naturally; very low acidity

A very mild, sweet oil that makes the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of cooked or uncooked dishes. It is particularly recommended for salads, vegetables and fish.
