Tasting notes

A fruity flavour with very intense aromas of freshly-mown grass, apple, kiwi and lemon. On tasting it also has notes of rosemary, walnuts and artichokes.

Extra-virgin unfiltered olive oil, cold pressed directly from a special selection of olives from the native variety of Serrana Espadán, harvested in the natural parks of the mountains of Espadán and Calderona.
Decanted naturally; very low acidity.

Its mild, sweet aromas not only respect the flavours of the salad ingredients but also enrich and enhance them.
